We, at 26 on Sixth, initiated a two-phase approach, encompassing the maintenance and updating of the current website and the redesign of a new Web and Portal product for Škoda Auto.
Our primary objective was to strengthen the user experience (UX) presence within Škoda's product suite, aiming to create synergy and provide a seamless user experience across all Škoda digital solutions. Our ultimate goal was to enhance engagement with the Škoda brand by facilitating engaging moments for users.
The existing website faced challenges in meeting evolving user expectations, prompting us to enhance the overall user experience. Simultaneously, the redesign of the Web and Portal product was initiated to address any existing gaps and ensure a consistent and engaging UX across Škoda's digital platforms.
